British Designer Nicholas Kirkwood, 34 years old, launched his eponymous collection in spring 2005 challenging the conventions of women’s luxury footwear.
To date, Kirkwood has gained much critical acclaim for his collection of architecturally inspired pieces with a blend of genres subverting the relationship between tradition and modernity.
Craftsmanship plays an integral role in all of Kirkwood’s collections.

Suarez and Kirkwood formed a partnership after Suarez stumbled on Kirkwood's booth at Première Classe, a Parisian accessories trade show and was brought on to work on the US brand and commercial strategy.

Suarez also sits on the board of Sophia Webster having co-founded the brand in May 2012 with partners Sophia Webster and Nicholas Kirkwood.

The London-based beauty entrepreneur, Maria Hatzistefanis, founded her groundbreaking skincare group, Rodial, in 1999 by identifying a niche for treatments targeted to specific skin concerns. Alexandra Hoffnung is the Creative Director of Social Commerce at THE NET-A-PORTER GROUP. Alexandra began her career as a graphic designer with Ronnie Cooke-Newhouse at the London fashion advertising studio, HOUSE+HOLME.She then worked as a freelance designer with clients such as artist Bryan Ferry, contributing to his album artwork and new website design, before joining THE OUTNET.COM as a designer in 2010.

Franck Zayan

Entrepreneur and expert in retail, e-commerce and technology, Franck Zayan studied Computer Science and Systems Architecture at City College in New York and University Paris XI in Orsay, France.

Before joining Condé Nast as President of Global E-commerce in January 2014, Franck Zayan was Internet and E-commerce Director of the Galeries Lafayette Group, heading the e-commerce and omni-channel division for the French major retail chain.

Jemima Kiss

Jemima Kiss is the Guardian's Head of Technology. She joined the Guardian in 2006 and now leads the Guardian's team covering technology trends, gadgets, gaming and the human impact of technology - helping translate and demystify technology for a wider audience. She is a permanent fixture on the Tech Weekly podcast and sits on the British Journalism Review editorial board. A proud graduate of Dartington College of Arts.

Sandrine Deveaux joined Harvey Nichols in May 2011 from Matches, where she held the position of Marketing and E-commerce Director, reporting to the owners and leading the business from a London-based boutique to a leading online fashion destination. Prior to that, Sandrine worked at AOL, where she led the development of the content and video offering, and at Bloomberg Media as Head of Content Distribution in Europe.

Maggie Porteous is Director of Selling, North & New Format and is responsible for 25 John
Lewis stores from Exeter in the south to Aberdeen in the north. Having joined John Lewis Brent Cross as a graduate trainee Maggie has worked in more than ten John Lewis shops across the country. At the same time as being Head of Branch at Cheadle, Maggie was also responsible for opening our store in the Trafford Centre in 2005.

Kelly has a strong background in internet marketing and ecommerce, with her experience spanning over 12 years. She joined Farfetch in November 2010 to build and run all digital marketing initiatives including customer acquisition, customer retention and customer engagement. Within her role, she is also leading the International Growth and development strategy, overseeing international expansion and localisation for all markets.

James Wintle

James Wintle is Global Director of Digital and Technology and is responsible for AllSaints' digital commerce through and all IT/Technology teams & platforms. Having joined AllSaints on the retail team in 2005 as an Assistant store manager, James has lead teams in developing bespoke software platforms to drive both digital and retail experiences globally.
